It’s only the beginning of December and the holiday season is already in full swing. One of my absolute favorite days so far has been Made in Kingston. This is the third year Redsharkboy has participated and this annual event is always a wonderful reminder of all the creative talents living right here in my local community. And all night is filled with the smiling faces (and amazing support) of friends, new and old. This year was held at the Metro again (the former MetLife building in Midtown Kingston), which, if you haven’t had a chance to visit, is a great space for the 75+ Local Vendors, Artists and Restaurants to set up shop. Welcome to the Shadowland!
Commissioned as part of O+ Festival Kingston 2018, The Shadowland is a whimsical playground of shadow creatures from the wild imagination of Kingston-based artist, Redsharkboy.
Filling the back room at the Beverly Lounge, this art installation will be on view from Friday October 5, 2018 through Wednesday, October 31, 2018.
